Agenda, 92 St John's Road, EH12 8AT, Edinburgh
I've been to the agenda three times. It's modern in style with large leather sofas to sink into. Staff are friendly and service is fine. Lattes are lovely. I've only tried their bacon rolls twice and I wouldn't again, they are bap style rolls with a rasher of bacon on them, no butter/spread and very dry. Coffee is nice though.
