First time round I was impressed, (would've given this place 3.5, maybe 4 stars), that was last year. Good sized burgers, decent chips. 6.75 for a pub lunch (le gourmet gastropub ahoy!).
This time round, my burger with bacon and blue cheese came pretty blackened (and so did my dining partner's, but she likes it well well well charcoal done) which was slightly off-putting, but I was hungry, and scoffed the lot anyway.
Decor can be a bit dingy, and the crowd a mix of suits and tourists, but the name, as ever, brings giggles to those with more puerile thoughts.
I'll probably come back for a bite again and if next time round the chef pays attention to the microwave/cooker/fryer/etc, maybe it'll be better. S'pity the burgers just aren't quite as bad-@ssed as they used to be.

I went there for the Sunday roast which is approximately £9 including a glass of wine.
Despite there was hardly anybody in the service was slow and cold. We went in a good mood but the waiter had no banter at all. Not really friendly too, just polite.
The restaurant decor is a bit cheesy and quite touristic.
The roast was not really tasty, dry and rather dull. It was accompanied with little veggies. My partner and I asked ourselves "why bothering cooking a Sunday roast to make it so dull? It is so simple to add a few herbs, or a garlic glove, or a few spices to give great taste...".
We'll never go again.
