Blue Parrot Cantina, 49 St Stephen Street, EH3 5AH, Edinburgh

Been going for 15 years, margaritas best in Edinburgh with crushed ice. Never tried byob as we always have the above. Food is excellent too. Several quite different dishes from other Mexican restaurants in Edinburgh including a ceviche of fish.
