Cafe Royal Circle Bar, 19 West Register Street, EH2 2AA, Edinburgh

I love this place for a wee drink! Very atmospheric, good service (especially when they swipe your drink by mistake ;-) ) and lovely Victorian decor. Never eaten here before but the mussels looked fab. Was not too busy with tourists although given it's location that may be a different story in the summer... highly recommend it! We got slightly carried away on the vin rouge but you can easily sit there for hours!
