Such a great Italian cafe with a bit of everything. If you are looking for a casual little spot for a coffee (with or without liquer), dessert, snack, or meal, they've got it all. Pizzas, sandwiches, salads, pastas, etc. One of the rare places in Edinburgh that serves breakfast as well! My only regret is that I didn't try their lemon cheesecake with my cappuccino.

A fantastic cafe with an incredible menu to choose from. The food was excellent and could have been more than happy to pay double their asking price, well I am sure this was reflected in the tip. Guys you got three birthday reservations from us. Excellent, excellent, excellent. See you soon.

We piled in here in the early afternoon with three hungry kids in need of some good food and a bit of a sit down. It was brilliant! Fantastic, tasty food brought quickly to the table and exactly the kind of food the kids love - cheesy pasta and bolognese sauce. Pizzas were great as well. Couldn't have asked for more. The only thing to say is that we were lucky with the timing and got a table right away - the folk after us had a long-ish wait.

A great spot on George IV bridge for a bite of lunch. If you are on your own or with just one other, grab a seat at the bench by the window - great for people watching! The food is good for lunch - nice sandwiches and paninnis. I've never eaten here in the evening, but I'm sure it will be equally pleasant!

This must be about the best cafe in Edinburgh. They serve up excellent coffee and light snacks at outstanding value. The food on the menu is genuinely Italian and is served up by genuinely Italian staff, as far as I am aware -I don't know the Italian language myself. The staff are extremely kind and courteous. I have also enjoyed a very pleasant and relaxing evening meal chosen from their menu which has been washed down with some of their very fine and reasonably priced red Italian wine.

Another feature of their establishment which I very much appreciate is that there are plenty of daily newspapers on hand which I can read while I enjoy the refreshments served up.
