I went to order some food for collection and they managed to keep me waiting for about 30 mins in the takeaway, they explained that they had forgotten to put the order through, this was unacceptable considering that the place was dead quiet.
I got home and found that my chow mein contained so much msg that after 2 mouthfuls I had to send it to the trash can.
Disappointed with the food and surprised that the previous reviews are all good and I definitely would not go back there in a hurry.

The best Chinese takeaway in Marchmont, not that there's a huge selection. No frills friendly, quick service and decent food. All you need from a Chinese takeaway, really.

This is a nice Chinese takeaway. The food is decent, the price is fine and the staff are always really friendly. They do delivery too but I live too close to need it.

Excellent service, fast and tasty.
Some menu dishes can be expensive but the single dishes are very good value. Free delivery within reason.
Sam's comment about msg is totally false:
I have eaten there many times and many reviews state:
"they use no MSG in any of their dishes"
Judging by the taste of the dishes this is true.
