Kweilin, 19-21 Dundas Street, EH3 6QQ, Edinburgh

This is the best Chinese food I've ever had in Britain. Not cheap, but very very good. The staff are always friendly, prompt and efficient.

It's a good idea to book ahead (especially near the weekend) since it's frequently full-up.
