Went here for my wife's birthday and still have nightmares about it. First off the place smells damp as you go in and as we were looking at the menu a woman was complaining about mice droppings on the floor. Having been in the industry for twenty years I thought she might be just an awkward customer as she sounded like she had had a few too many glasses of wine. Once our starters arrived I realised we had made a mistake coming here. The 'thai fish cakes' were just greasy flat round things with an overbearing tang of jasmine and some kind of thin paste thing in the middle and the rest of the 'platter' was no better with spring rolls that you could probably find in Lidl. Nothing was freshly cooked all seemed to be warmed up packet stuff and probably microwaved. While we were eating the staff were busy cleaning the area where the complaining woman was which didn't fill me with confidence. Our main course arrived and while mine was edible (unlike anything on the platter) the stir frys we had were just bland and tasteless... easily the worst Thai food I have ever had. My wife couldn't even eat her main course. At this points a man came in with two plastic bags and was told "there's one in the kitchen" and "one" somewhere else which I couldn't hear. So during our disgusting 'meal' they appeared to be cleaning mice droppings and removing two 'things' out of the premises in plastic bags. Went to the toilet before leaving and the cardboard thin doors were covered in a layer of dirt as was the kitchen door. You didn't even want to touch the door! Paid sixty-five pounds for the 'experience'. Wish I had gone with my gut feeling and left before we ordered!

Honestly don't waste your money - you will regret it.

Where do I start? My whole experience of this place was disgusting. My partner and I ordered a banquet for 2 for delivery. After charging an obscene amount money, actually more than it was advertised on the website, our food arrived after 15 minutes.

The food was vile, tasteless and the meat in the meals was so tough I couldn't actually swallow it because it needed to be chewed so much. I suspect the whole lot had been put in the microwave.

We sent the food back and the manager offered a 50% refund which was unacceptable for the quality of the food we had received. However given the manager's awful attitude towards unhappy customers, we took it so we didn't have to speak with him again.

A month later this money had still not gone back in to our account. He said it was a fault with OUR bank, who had not accepted the payment. After another call absolutely nothing was solved.

Later that night we received several calls from the restaurant manager of a threatening and abusive nature.

Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Horrible food and horrible management.
