TGI Friday's, 26 Castle Street, EH2 3HT, Edinburgh

American themed restaurant/bar. It's quite pricey for what you get but the food is all very good, plentiful & fairly unique (Soho Aisan Nachos anyone?), the waiting staff were excellent & very friendly too.

TGI's real strength is its vast cocktail menu, from non-alcoholic to goldfishbowl sized affairs with all the straws, fruit & decorations you could imagine nestled somewhere inside it! If you're after a beer, however, you will be disappointed, there are only around 5 beers available & only Stella on tap.

This is more the kind of restaurant you would go to on a special occasion & should that occasion be a birthday, the staff have a little song and dance routine prepared!
